It’s a beautiful morning here in the South East, so I thought I’d take you on a tour of my April garden. As there are two videos, this post will take a while to load, especially if your internet is unstable. Apologies for that, but I hope you enjoy the tour.
I also wanted to share a couple of pictures with you. We had an unexpected visitor this week! This heron arrived at the water feature in the garden, presumably hoping it might find some fish for lunch. Even though it discovered the water was only an inch deep and didn’t contain anything of interest, it hung around long enough for me to take a whole string of photos through the kitchen window. Here are two of the best.

This second video is of the huge wisteria that covers two walls of our house. It isn’t fully in flower yet, but it won’t be long now, especially with the heat that is forecast for the next few days.
Wherever you are and whoever you’re with, I hope you are enjoying the lovely, long Easter weekend.
As always, thank you for reading and if you have enjoyed this piece, please give it a like and/or share it with others. All this introduces me to new readers.
