Great to hear . Well we still swap small gifs or cards that has become a tradition to do by hand. I have a collection that I’ve saved from Steve over the years - one favourite is a perfect black pebble honed by the sea to a heart. This year I gave him a book and hand painted bookmark . His gift to me was a beautiful wooded heart and recycled bottle with garden flowers - look on my story on Instagram. I was so surprised. We did decide ( on account of the weather and now I’m retired) to go for breakfast @theringfeeder - it was packed with farmers, and all sorts of trades including ‘the whole’ of SW water . It’s our local farm shop. No one would have had any water leak fixed before 11am - the breakfasts are legendary! We chose the two smallest items! It did though kick off a lovely day

Sounds like you had a wonderful evening! The best Indian food I ever had was at The Cinnamon Club in London - https://cinnamonclub.com/

Highly recommended if you get the opportunity, although like your experience, this is high end dining, so just for special occasions.
